What is Alma?
Alma is our student information system. The parent interface allows families to view student information such as grades, assignments, report cards, and attendance. Using the Alma Parent Portal, families can communicate with teachers and staff through email and may directly edit certain information in their and their students’ profiles.

How do Parents access the system?
Go to the this URL. https://celems.getalma.com/
If you have previously signed on, your username is your firstname.lastname, and the password is made by you when you first logged in. If you have forgotten your password or the initial password reset has expired, please contact Mr. Rotenberry at jrotenberry@calhanschool.org. If you have never logged into the system, please get in touch with Mr. Rotenberry, and he will help set up your account.
